DIE 4 JAHRESZEITEN

-neu verTANZt

What happens when the seasons fall out of balance?

Spring, summer, autumn, and winter come into conflict – their familiar order begins to dissolve.
Seven dancers embody the changing seasons – movement becomes an expression of transformation and balance.

Set to Antonio Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons – in the recomposed version by Max Richter – the choreography unfolds through breathtaking images, delicate emotions, a touch of humor, and dynamic turning points.

The combination of the baroque sound world with contemporary composition forms the musical framework for a contemporary dance theatre piece that brings tradition and the present together in an inspiring way.

The work invites reflection on our relationship with nature. When the seasons lose their order, the conflict on stage reflects not only a choreographic tension but also our own world – a world in transition. In this way, a sensory awareness of climate and balance is created that lingers long after the performance.

A dance theatre experience for big and small people, evoking the feeling of spring – even in autumn. “Experience an entire year in one hour.”
